Passionate Homemaking is one of my all time favorites and I am on there nearly daily reviewing recipes, cooking techniques, nutritional inf, etc. This site helped me so much in making he transition from eating nearly all processed, microwave meals to eating wholesome living foods. It is very easy to use, not over-loaded with stuff, simple and straightforward. She has a wonderful spirit about her and her blogging is very thoughtful, her research very thorough.
There are so many wonderful aspects to her site and Lindsey is quick to answer your questions and respond to comments. Wonderful site. If I can make this blog 1/2 as user friendly and aesthetically pleasing as her site I will be so excited!

Under the recipe catagory I learned how to make many meals using organic ingredients (though he doesn't emphasize organic) using few and simple ingredients. His soups and pasta sauce are wonderful. I have used modified versions of his baked goods becacause they call for higher sugar content than I prefer, really good, though. The best bleberry muffins I ever had!

Laura's recipes are wonderful and her site is packed full of great info on cooking, freezing, canning, soaking, etc. She has wonderful humor and is really creative with food. She also has a meal planning section which I found very helpful when I began this process. Rather than create one of my own, I'll simply create a link to hers. They are great!
